By hiring me as your Personal Trainer we will follow this structure.

  • I will obtain a thorough overview of your past and present health and fitness through my online questionnaire
  • We will then meet and take further key metrics,
    • Weight
    • Height
    • Circumference measurements, such as waist, thigh, chest etc. From these we can establish your BMI and body fat percentage
  • We will then discuss and decide upon your short, mid and long term goals. It will be these goals we work towards
  • I will have your compete a food diary so we can assess your eating habits
  • I will then advise you, making my my best recommendations for a schedule and then we can begin.
